针刺加红外线治疗腰椎骨质增生疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察针刺加红外线照射治疗腰椎骨质增生的效果。方法 :按随机法将 10 2例患者 ,分针刺加红外线照射 6 8例为治疗组 ,单用针刺治疗 34例为对照组。 结果 :治疗组治愈率占76 4 7% ,总有效率达 95 5 9% ;对照组治愈率占 5 8 82 % ,总有效率达 94 11%。两组总有效率比较 ,差异无显著性意义 (P >0 0 5 ) ;治愈率比较 ,差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :针刺加红外线照射治疗腰椎骨质增生明显提高治愈率。Purpose To observe the effect of acupuncture at acupoints of lumbar region on hyperosteo geny of lumbar vertebraMethods One hundred and two cases were randomly divided into treatment group treated wit h acupuncture plus infrared radiation(68 cases)and the control group treated wit h simple acupuncture(34 cases)Results The cured rate was 7647% and the total effective rate was 9559% in the treatme nt group,and 5882% and 9411% in the co ntrol groupThere was no significant dif ference in the total effective rate(P>005) and a significant differ ence in the cured rate (P<0 05) between the two groupsConclusion Acupuncture plus infrared radiation can obviously increase the cured rate for h yperosteogeny of lumbar vertebra
