针刺治疗急性脑梗死对TNF-α,IL-6及肌力的影响

摘　　要：方法 :将 80例急性脑梗死患者随机分为针药组、药物组各 4 0例 ,采用RIA法测定其治疗前后肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF α)、白细胞介素 6 (IL 6 )水平 ,记录其肌力变化情况。 结果 :急性脑梗死患者的TNF α、IL 6水平明显高于正常健康体检者 (P <0 0 1) ,针药组治疗后TNF α、IL 6明显低于药物组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,肌力恢复优于药物组 (P <0 0 1)。Purpose Eighty cases of acute cerebral infarctio n were randomly divided into acupuncture- medicine group and medicine group,40 cas es in each group.Levels of tumor necrosi s factor (TNF-α) and interleukin-6(IL-6) were determined by radioimmunoassay,and chang es of myodynamia was recorded before and after treatment.Results Levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in the patient of acute cerebral infarction were signif icantly higher than those in the normal healthy person (P<001);afte r treatment the levels of TNF-α and IL-6 i n the acupuncture-medicine group were si gnificantly lower than those in the medi cine group (P<005) and the re covery of myodynamia was superior to tha t in the medicine group (P<0 01).
