摘　　要：目的:探讨老年甲状腺机能亢进的临床特点。方法:对44例老年甲亢及82例青年甲亢患者的临床资料进行对比和分析。结果:多数老年甲亢患者缺乏甲状腺肿大、突眼、食欲亢进等典型甲亢表现,而往往以某一系统症状为突出表现,其中心房纤颤、心力衰竭、心脏扩大等心血管系统表现最多见,其次以纳差、消瘦等消化道症状多见,有些表现为淡漠型甲亢。结论:充分认识老年甲亢的特殊临床表现,对疑诊患者及时作有关检查有助于减少误诊,及早明确诊断,及时治疗。Objective: To investigate the clinical characteristics of senile hyperthyroidism. Methods: We analysed the clinical data of 44 senile patients with hyperthyroidism and controlled them with 82 young patients with hyperthyroidism . Resuets: Most of the senile patients are devoid of the typical manifestations such as goiter, exophthalmos, increased appetite and so on. They often have the 'monosystemic' presentations, frequently with a cardiovascular manifestation such as atrial fibrillation, heart failure, cardiac enlargement ; secondly with a gastrointestinal manifestation such as anorexia, weight loss and so on, some of them show ' apathetic hyperthyroidism' . Conclusions: To fully realize the special clinical manifestations of senile hyperthyroidism and to make relevant examinations in time are helpful in reducing erroneous diagnosis, making final diagnosis as soon as possible, and treating the patient in time.
