摘  要:丙烯腈装置扩能改造试用MB -98A催化剂后 ,由于催化剂粒度分布偏细与旋风分离器回收细粉能力过高 ,反应器因催化剂流化高度异常升高而制约了装置的正常运行与生产优化。采取抽出细粉补充较大颗粒、提高补加催化剂粒度与强度、加大旋风分离器二级料腿反吹风量措施后 。During the course of applying MB-98A catalyst to Qilu's acrylonitrile revamp project, the process operation and optimum production was impaired by the abnormal height of the fluidized catalyst which was caused by excessively fine particle size distribution and high capability of fine particle recovery of the cyclone. Corresponding measures were taken which included removal of partial fine catalyst particles and substituting them with coarser ones to improve the average particle diameter, particle size distribution, and abrasion resistance, as well as increase the back flow of air of the cyclone, resulting in bringing the plant to run smoothly under high load.
