摘  要:研究了稀土元素铈对化学镀 Co- Ni- P合金工艺的影响。在正交试验的基础上分析了镀液组成对沉积速度的影响 ,综合考察了镀层表面质量及镀层与基体的结合力。结果表明在化学镀 Co- Ni- P合金的工艺中 ,当稀土元素铈加入时 ,镀液的稳定性、沉积速度和镀层质量能明显提高 。The effect of rare earth element cerium on electroless Co Ni P alloy plating process was studied. The influence of the plating bath composition on the plating speed was analyzed, the surface quality of the alloy coating and adhesion of the coating to substrate were synthetically studied on the base of experiment using perpendicular method. The results showed that rare earth element cerium doped in plating bath could remarkably improve the stability of plating bath, raise the speed of plating and make the plated surface better. The optimum plating bath composition and operating conditions of such technology were presented.
