横机添纱织物双眼导纱梭的研究

摘　　要：针对单系统横机生产添纱织物氨纶毛衫的翻丝情况 ,对传统添纱导纱梭嘴的结构进行了分析 ;根据其存在的垫纱不太稳定等不足 ,设计、研制了新型的双眼导纱梭 。Analysis is done to the structure of guiding jet nozzle of conventional type given consideration of problems on the single traverse loom,a new double eyed guiding shuttle for traverse looms is developed.The author gives a promising future for the product both on economic profit and market share.
