摘 要:目的 :对比观察去甲肾上腺素进行预处理 (norepinephrinepreconditioningNEPC)与经典缺血预处理 (is chemiapreconditioning ,IPC)对培养的乳鼠心肌细胞缺血 /再灌注损伤的影响 ,以探讨去甲肾上腺素预处理效应。方法 :应用培养的乳鼠心肌细胞缺血 /再灌注模型 ,将培养 5d的乳鼠心肌细胞随机分为 4组 :①正常对照组 ,②拟缺血再灌注组 (I/R) ,③缺血预处理组 (IPC) ,④去甲肾上腺素预处理组 (NEPC)。并分别进行细胞色素氧化酶 (CCO)活性测定和心肌细胞培养液中丙二醛 (MDA)测定。结果 :I/R组CCO酶活性降低 ,培养液中MDA含量增加 ,而IPC组和NEPC组CCO酶活性增高 ,MDA含量减少 ,均接近正常。结论Abstract: To investigate the effect of norepinepine preconditioning (NEPC) and classic ischemic preconditioning(IPC) on the ischemia/reperfusion(I/R) in cultured neonatal rat myocardium. Methods: The model of I/R in cultured neonatal rat myocardium was set up.After they had been cultured for 5 days,the cultured cardiac cells were divided into 4 groups:(1)The normal control group;(2)the I/R group;(3)the IPC group and (4)the NEPC group.They was compared by investigating the changes in MDA contents and CCO activities. Results: The result showed that as compared with the normal control group, the decrease on CCO activity and increase on the formation of MDA were the most serious in Group I/R, but is diminished greatly in Group NEPC and Group IPC. Conclusion: NEPC could reduce formation of MDA and improve CCO activeties. The result indicates that there is a similar protective effect on I/R injury of neonatal rat cardiomyocytes between NEPC and IPC.
