改良阴式筋膜内子宫切除术的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :寻求损伤小、手术操作简单的阴式子宫切除术式。方法 :对 6 6例阴式筋膜内子宫切除术进行改良 ,采用电刀在筋膜内切除宫颈管。并与传统术式 30例对照。结果 :该术式简便 ,手术时间短 (P <0 .0 1) ,出血少(P <0 .0 1) ,损伤少 ;术后并发症少 ,操作步骤减少 ,手术时间缩短 ,手术出血少。明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论Abstract:To seek a kind of transvaginal hysterectomy less injured and easily proceded. Methods: Sixty six cases were received improved transvaginal intrafacial hysterectomy. Electrotome were used in cutting cervical. Thirty cases received traditional transvaginal hysterectomy were compared with traditional ones. Results: This improved transvaginal intrafacial hysterectomy was simple, convenient, fast (difference of operative time between them, P<0.01) with less bleeding (P<0.01),damage to tissues, and less complications (P<0.01). It has significant advantages over the traditional hysterectomy. Conclusion: The improved transvaginal intrafacial hysterectomy makes transvaginal hysterectomy more safer and easier.
