摘　　要：建立了妇舒宁贴膜中雌二醇含量的 HPL C测定方法。采用 L i Chro CART C1 8柱 ,以乙腈 -水 (5 0∶ 5 0 )为流动相 ,雌酮为内标 ,U V检测波长为 2 80 nm,线性范围 2 0 0～ 80 0 μg/ ml(r=1.0 0 0 ) ,平均回收率为 98.6 % (RSD=0 .72 % ) ,方法简便快速 。An improved HPLC determination of estradiol in Oesclim transdermal system consis ted of LiChroCART C 18 column and the mobile phase of acetonitrile-water(5 0∶50). The detective wavelength was 280 nm with estrone as the internal standar d. The calibration curve was linear within 200~800 μg/ml( r =1.000) and t he average recovery was 98.6%( RSD =0.72%).
