摘　　要：目的　检测急性期周围性眩晕患者的姿势晃动各类型值。方法　 45例单侧周围性眩晕患者在急性期行重心动摇检查 ,得各项测试值。结果　与国人正常值[1] 比较 ,外周面积等值差异有统计学意义。结论　姿势晃动测试对于眩晕的诊断有一定的辅助价值 ,但无特异性 ,不能作为唯一诊断依据。Objective To measure a series of values in people with peripheral vertigo during the acute period by the postural sway examination. Methods A series of values was measured by the postural sway examination in 45 Chinese with peripheral vertigo during the acute period. Results Compared with normal values of the Chinese, the values of ENV AREA differred significantly. Conclusion The postural sway examination has some supplementary values in the diagnosis of vertigo, but it's not the only evidence.
