系统性红斑狼疮的腹部并发症19例

摘　　要：回顾性分析 19例系统性红斑狼疮 (SLE)的腹部并发症病例，结果 2例患者以腹部并发症为首发症状，其余 17例患者的腹部并发症发病时间在 SLE发病后 15天～ 6年不等，临床表现包括：消化道出血、缺血性肠炎、肠坏死、肠梗阻、消化道穿孔、急性胰腺炎等。治疗后 17例患者病情得到控制， 2例死亡。临床表现复杂，有待于进一步研究。Nineteen patients with acute abdominal complications of systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) were retrospectively analyzed. Acute abdominal complications were found as the first signs in 2 cases, where as the other 17 cases developed acute abdominal complications from 15 days to 6 years after the diagnosis of SLE. Clinical manifestations included gastrointestinal bleeding, intestinal ischaemia,intestinal necrosis, intestinal obstruction, enteron perforation, acute pancreatitis, etc. 17 cases were controled and 2 cases were dead after treatment. Clinical manifestations of acute abdominal complications of SLE are complicate and further study are needed.
