摘 要:目的 :活体测量成年男性正视眼的前后径与横径。方法 :采用 CT方法 ,对成年男性 45人 73只正视眼的前后径与横径的内外径进行了活体测量 ,并对其中 2 3人 33眼的眼轴同时进行 A超测量。结果 :CT测量 ,前后径外径为 2 4.86± 1.0 9mm,内径为 2 2 .31± 1.2 2 mm,横径外径为 2 4.98± 1.2 5 mm,内径为 2 2 .5 8± 1.2 3mm,前后径与横径的外径与外径 ,内径与内径相比 ,均无显著性差异 (均 P>0 .0 5 )。A超测量眼轴为 2 3.0 2± 0 .75 mm。成年男性正视眼基本呈圆形。 CT与 A超测量方法不同 ,结果各异。结论 :活体 CT测量眼球径可靠、可行。尤对横径测量。在眼球形态学的意义上 。Objective: To measure the anteroposterior dimensions and horizontal dimensions of emmetropic eyes of adult men in vivo. Methods: The inner and outer ones of the anteroposterior and horizontal ocular dimensions of 736 emmetropic eyes of 45 adult men were measured in vivo with CT. The 33 ocular axes of 23 men were simultaneously measured with A-ultrasonic method. Results: With CT measurement, the outer and inner ones of the anteroposterior dimensions were 24.86±1.09mm and 22.31±1.22mm, respectively; and those of the horizontal dimensions were 24.98±1.25mm and 22.58±1.23mm, respectively. The comparisons between outer ones and inner ones of the anteroposterial and horizontal dimensions showed no significant differences (all P>0.05). The average ocular axis measured with Ultrasound was 23.02±0.75mm. The emmetropic eyeball of adult man basically appeared circular. The results of eye axes are different between CT and A-ultrasound measurement. Conclusions: The measurements of ocular dimensions with CT in vivo were reliable and practical. It provided a valuable method for ocular shape measurement, especially for the measurement of ocular horizontal dimension.
