摘　　要：目的 探讨降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)在妊娠高血压综合征(PIH)发病中的作用及其临床意义。方法 应用放射免疫分析法测定55例PIH患者、50例晚期妊娠妇女和52例非妊娠妇女血浆中CGRP含量。结果 CGRP水平妊娠组较正常育龄妇女略有降低,但差异无显著性(P>0.05);PIH组较妊娠组和对照组降低,差异有显著性(P<0.001);轻、中和重度PIH各组间比较,差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 血浆中CGRP的减少在PIH的发病中起一定作用,测定CGRP含量变化可为PIH的病情及预后判断提供依据。Objective To study the role and clinical implications cance of calcitonin-gene-related peptide (CGRP) in the development of pregnancy induced hypertension (PIH) syndrome. Methods Plasma CGRP levels were measured in 55 cases of PIH patients, 50 cases of late-pregnant women, and 52 cases of non-pregnant women, with radio immune assay . Results Though the level of CGRP in pregnancy group was lower than that in control group, there was no statistical significance (P>0. 05) ; the level in the PIH group was significantly lower than those in the pregnant group and the control group (P<0. 001) ;there were significant statistical differences among mild, moderate and severe PIH groups (P<0. 05). Conclusion Decreasing of plasma CGRP level has certain effect in the development of PIH; the change of CGRP level is a useful indicaton in evaluating the patient's condition and prognosis.
