X线超长规格全脊柱摄影装置的研制与应用

摘　　要：目的　研究X线超长规格全脊柱摄影装置 ,以获得 1次摄取全脊柱影像。方法　测量5 0例患者身高和颈 5至骶 1长度。确定所需X线片的规格为 30 5cm× 6 1 0cm ,改制简易立位胸片架并特制相应暗盒、增感屏及滤线器。结果　 5 2例全脊柱 1次成像片经密度测定 17 31%(9/5 2 )为能诊断片 ,82 6 9%(4 3/5 2 )为优质片。结论　 1次成像全脊柱X线片为临床诊治脊柱侧弯提供了准确可靠的影像资料。Objective To study the radiograph of spine using extra long X- ray film in order to achieve one-time imaging of total spine. Methods The height and the length of C5～S1 of 50 cases were measured. Simple upright chest support was remade. Corresponding film (30.5 cm×61.0 cm),cassette, intensifying screen, and filter were tailored. Results 17.31%(9/52) of 52 images can be used to diagnose, 82.69% (43/52)were first rate images. Conclusion Accurate and reliable images provided by one-time imaging of total spine would get better effect of measurement of total spine before and after operation.
