摘  要:通过模拟二个无限大平行平面之间的热交换方式 ,深入研究了可视冰柜单层门玻璃内外表面之间的热交换过程。分析了低辐射薄膜防止可视冰柜门玻璃表面结露的性能并进行了实验研究。提出了低辐射薄膜的置向原则和其发射率的适宜取值范围。The thermo exchanging processes between the inner and the outer surfaces of the glass in a freezer door were simulated with a model of two infinite parallel planes.Low emissivity film coated on the glass can considerable reduce dewing of the glass door of a freezer.The possible anti dewing mechanism of the film was studied theoretically and experimentally.We suggest that it is better to coat the inner surfaces of the freezer door glass with the film,with applicable emissivity ranging from 0.1 to 0.2,to get the energy saving,low cost,and effective anti dewing performance.
