摘  要:对采用毛细管与电子膨胀阀作节流装置的变频空调系统分别建立了毛细管和电子膨胀阀的数学模型和整个空调系统的仿真模型 ,用验证过仿真软件进行数值计算 ,结果表明 ,在设计工况下 ,两个系统的性能接近。若偏离设计工况 ,电子膨胀阀系统的调节特性明显好于毛细管系统。正常工作条件下采用电子膨胀阀的变频空调系统性能平均比采用毛细管的高近 1 0 %。若经常处于变化工况下的变频空调系统 。The mathematical modes of electronic expansion valve and capillary and the whole variable frequency air conditioner are established. Based on the computational results of these modes and the experimental results, the performance of variable frequency air conditioner which uses electronic expansion valve or capillary as throttling device are compared and analyzed. The compared results show that the adjustability of the electronic expansion valve is much better than that of capillary. The performance of variable frequency air conditioner using electronic expansion valve is 10% higher than that using capillary. Because the air conditioner is often operating in variable conditions, the benefit of energy saving is more noticeable when using electronic expansion valve.
