摘　　要：提出了一种插齿切削层的计算方法 ,基于分析单齿在切入过程中的负荷 ,用叠加法求出整个插齿刀的切削负荷 ,这有助于深入了解插齿刀的工作状况。This paper presents the calculating method of the undeformed chip in gear shaping based on analyzing the cross sectional area of the uncut chip with single tooth of a shaper cutter, the undeformed chip area of the whole shaper cutter can be found. It is helpful for comprehending the work state of the shaper cutter.
