摘　　要：20世纪90年代以来,随着因特网的迅猛发展,上网人数急剧增加,人们对网上信息的需求日益旺盛,各国开始重视网上信息资源的建设,数字图书馆也随之兴起。深入探讨数字图书馆的特点、分析我国数字图书馆建设的现状,提出我国数字图书馆建设的对策建议。Since the 90s of 20th Century,with the Development of internet,the population of web browsing has benn increasing dramatically.The Internet based information has become gradually to be in great demands.The construction of internet based information resources is emphasized by a lot of countries.Upon the situation arises digital library.This article discusses the characters of digital library,and analyzes the present situation of the construction of digital library in China.Several countermeasures and opinions are proposed.
