摘  要:本文报道β-CDP-PAR包结树脂修饰碳糊电极在0.1mol-L^(-1)NH_4Cl 缓冲液中,开路富集,与Co^(2+)生成电活性络合物,经介质交换,电位氧化,用微分脉冲阴极溶出伏安法测定,在-0.19V 产生一灵敏的阴极峰,在浓度为2.0×1^(-9)~1.0×10^(-5)mol·L^(-1)范围内与峰电流成良好的线性关系,检测限为1.0×10^(-5)mol·L~(-1)。此方法已用于水样中钴的测定,得到了满意的结果。A carbon paste electrode chemically modified with the inclusion complex of β-cy- clodextrin cross-linking polymer with pyridylazo-resorcinol preconcentrated cobalt ion in 0.1 mol·L^(-1)NH_4Cl buffer in an open circuit.This was followed by mediun exchange to a blank solution where the accumulated Co^(2+) was oxidized.Subsequently a differential pulse cathodic stripping voltammetry was used for determination of cobalt ion.There was a sensitive peak at the potential of -0.19V,the peak current is directly proportional to the concentration of Co^(2+) over the range 2.0×10^(-9)~1.0×10^(-5)mol·L^(-1).The detection limit is 1.0×10^(-9)mol·L^(-1).The developed method was applied to Cobalt (Ⅱ) in potabse water.
