摘  要:对GB150 -98规定的外压容器设计及压力试验进行了研究 ,得到了其厚径比的初值估算式及真空筒体可承受的最大试验应力。发现 ,钢制真空设备的径厚比Do/δe=100~114,压力试验应力条件自然满足 ,可免于进行筒体压力试验的应力校核。The design method and pressure test stipulated in GBl50-l998 for the vessels subjected to external pressure were researched. Based on the result, the equation for estimate the original value of the ratio of the diameter to the thickness and the maximum test pressure were obtained. It is concluded that under the condition that the ratio of the diameter to the thickness is l00 ~ l14, the stress requirement for the pressure test can be satisfied automatically, and it is unnecessary to do the stress checking process.
