高碱度高氧化镁烧结矿的研究

摘　　要：本文对低晶位高SiO_2原料进行了烧结研究,当CaO/SiO_2=1.6,MgO达到5.5%以上,FeO<14%时,显著提高了烧结矿质量,消除风化。大大改善了高炉技术经济指标,取得了显著经济效益。Sintering test of low grade and high-SiO_2 mix was conducted. Under the conditions of CaO/SiO_2=1.6, MgO=5.5%, FeO<14%, the quality of sinter is improved significantly, and the weathering phynominon was eliminated. The BF operation data greatly improved with using this kind of sinter as burden and the romarkable economical benifit was gained.
