摘  要:从裂解汽油加氢的过程及原理出发 ,分析了裂解汽油加氢装置中二段加氢反应器压降升高过快的原因 ,改进了一段加氢反应器的设计 ,稳定了一段加氢反应器出口的双烯值 ;在二段加氢反应器的设计上 ,采用了催化剂系统的尺寸梯度和活性梯度装填方式 ,有效解决了灰垢在催化剂床层上的沉积 ,并通过严格控制二段催化剂在硫化态下运行 ,保证了催化剂的选择性 。The reasons of rapid increase of pressure drop in seconda ry hydrogenation reactor of the pyrolysis gasoline hydrogenation unit were analyzed from the process and principle of pyrolysis gasoline hydrogenation.The design of primary hydrogenation reactor was improved and the diene value in the reactor outlet was stabilized.The dimensional gradient and active gradient loading patterns were used in the catalyst system for the design of secondary hydrogenation reactor,which effectively solved the deposition of ash on the bed of catalyst.The selectivity of catalyst was stable and the rapid increase of pressure drop was prevented by controlling the secondary catalyst running in the state of vulcanization.
