摘 要:本文应用有限元法对过盈装配扁挤压筒的结构参数进行了系统的分析。获得了不同装配参数下 ,扁挤压筒在装配后及工作时的内部应力分布和最大等效应力的变化规律。以扁压筒在装配和工作状态下的最大等效应力值同时最小 ,并小于材料的许用应力为目标函数 ,对扁挤压筒的结构参数进行优化。通过参数优化 ,获得最佳的结构参数 :内套外径尺寸、中套外径尺寸、内中套过盈量、中外套过盈量。Becaues the current multi\|layer flat container is working under high and complex stresses state, it is easy to break and its life is short.In order to solve this problem, the FEM is applied to analyze the multi\|layer flat container in this paper.And on the base of this study, the stress distributing rules have been obtained in diverse structure parameter.1.While radius of the inner sleeve increases, the equivalent stress of fitting decreases quickly and the equivalent stress of working also increases quickly. On the other hand, while the radius of the interlayer sleeve increases, the equivalent stress of fitting is decease slowness and the equivalent stress of working is also decease slowness.2.While the quantity of relative overlap of the inner\|interlayer sleeve increases, the equivalent stress of fitting is decease and the equivalent stress of working is also decease slowness. On the other hand, while the quantity of relative overlap of the interlayer exterior sleeve increases, the equivalent stress of fitting is decease quickly and the equivalent stress of working is decease slowness. On the base of this study, the optimal project by adjusting the structure parameter is obtained. The structure parameter include the radius of the inner sleeve, the radius of the interlayer sleeve, the quantity of relative overlap of the inner\|interlayer sleeve and the quantity of relative overlap of the interlayer exterior sleeve.These projects are feasible and efficiently to improve the state of stress.These conclusion have very importance to make current multi\|layer flat container.
