摘  要:〔目的〕用PEAA80 0石墨炉原子吸收光谱仪测定全血铅 ,并探讨相关实验条件。〔方法〕取全血样 0 .5ml,用硝酸和高氯酸完全消化后 ,用具横向加热石墨炉原子化器 (THGA)系统和纵向Zeeman效应背景校正的PEAA80 0石墨炉原子吸收光谱仪 ,全自动进样和添加基体改进剂进行测定。〔结果〕检出限 8.0pg ,精密度 (CV) 2 .81%~ 13.6 5 % ,相对标准差(RSD) 2 .13%~ 9.89% ,回收率 90 .0 0~ 10 2 .34 % ,共存物干扰小 ,已用于分析 2 5 0对新婚夫妇血样 ,94例孕中血样和 99例脐带血样 ,结果满意。〔结论〕本法为一种理想的全血铅测定方法。Objective〕 To measure the whole blood lead and explore the experimental conditions. 〔Methods〕 0.5ml whole blood w as taken and digested by nitric acid and percholric acid, then sauples were aut omatically introduced and matix modifiers added,Then whoee blood lead was measur ed by PE AA800 atomic absorption spectrometry with THGA system and Zeeman backgr ound correction. 〔Results〕The detection limit was 8.0pg, Precision (CV) was 2.81%~13.65%, relative standard deviation(RSD) was 2.13~9.89%, Recove ry rate was 90.00%~102.34%, concurren t interfere was low. 〔Conclusion〕 This method for determining w hole blood lead is the best.
