抗蝮蛇毒血清的质量提高和临床应用

摘　　要：精制抗蝮蛇毒血清问世后,我国蝮蛇伤死亡率大为降低,随着抗血清工艺的不断改进和临床医生的积极配合,经近万例蛇伤患者治疗统计,死亡率可达0%,过敏反应率可降为0.3%以下,而且对竹叶青蛇伤及烙铁头蛇伤均有效。Since the Agkistrodon halys Antivenin came out for pratical use in our country,the mortality of the snake bite has been reduced greatly.The death rate tends to zero percent with the Antivenin treatment and the allergic reaction rate can be controlled below 0.3 percent according to approximate 10 thousand case reports.The result are attributable to the continuous improvement of the productive technique and the cooperation of the physicians sho use the antivenin enthusiastically.Not only is this antivenin specific for treating snake bite of Agkistrodon halys,but it also effective to the species of Trimeresnrus stejneger Schmldt and Trimeresuru smncros quamatus Cantor.The product has been awarded the Silver Medal by the state from 1984 to 1990 in succession.
