急性中小量脑出血患者血浆TNF-α、IL-2的变化及羚蝎胶囊干预的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察急性中小量脑出血患者血浆肿瘤坏死因子 α(TNFα)、白介素 2 (IL 2 )的变化及羚蝎胶囊干预的临床疗效。方法 :治疗组 31例、西医对照组 32例均为急性中小量脑出血患者 ,2组基础疗法相同 ,治疗组加用羚蝎胶囊 ,比较 2组治疗后血浆 TNFα、IL 2水平的变化。结果 :治疗组治疗后第 2周、第 3周血浆 TNFα均低于对照组 (P均 <0 .0 1) ,IL 2均高于对照组 (P均 <0 .0 5 )。结论 :羚蝎胶囊通过调节脑出血患者血浆 TNFα、ILObjective:To investigate the changes of serum tumor necrosis factorα (TNFα) and interleukin2(IL2) and the influences of antelope horn and scorpion capsule (AHSC,羚蝎胶囊) in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage (ACH) of small or moderate volume.Methods:Thirtyone cases (treatment group) and another thirtytwo cases (control group) with ACH were treated with the same basic therapy, but treatment group combined with AHSC taken orally or nasally,the changes in serum levels of TNFα and IL2 in two groups were compared.Results:The serum TNFα in treatment group was lower obviously than that in control group in the second and the third week after treatment (all P <0 01).Moreover,in treatment group,level of serum IL2 was higher than that in control group in the second and the third week after treatment (all P <0 05).Conclusions:AHSC is able to improve the prognosis of patients with ACH by means of regulating the levels of serum TNFα and IL2.
