摘  要:目的 :探讨低磁场MRA对下肢静脉闭塞性病变的诊断价值。材料和方法 :对 30例下肢静脉闭塞性病变患者 ,行二维时间飞跃法MRA检查 ,范围包括髂总静脉至静脉 ,所有图像后处理均采用最大信号强度投影 (MIP)。其中 12例MRA与DSA静脉造影对照 ,8例与手术对照。结果 :30下肢静脉闭塞性病变MRA均一次性成功 ,全部显示了病变的部位、阻塞程度及侧枝循环建立情况 ,与DSA和手术所见相符。结论 :二维时间飞跃法MRA对下肢静脉闭塞性病变有可靠的诊断价值 ,准确地反映下肢静脉闭塞性病变的范围及程度。Purpose: To evaluate the value of low field MRA in diagnosis of the veno occlusive disease of the lower extremity. Materials and methods: 30 cases of the veno occlusive disease of lower extremity were examined by two dimensional time of flight MRA. The range of examination was from common iliac vein to popliteal vein. All images were managed with maximum intensity projection (MIP). The features of MRA correlated with DSA vena radiography in 12 cases and with operation in 8 cases. Results: All MRA examination of 30 case of the veno occlusive disease of lower extremity had successes by first time. All lesions showed the site, the degree of occlusive and collateral circulation clearly, and accorded with DSA and operation. Conclusion: Two dimensional time of flight MRA has important value in diagnosing the veno occlusive disease of the lower extremity.
