地黄饮子对老龄大鼠的血、脑组织过氧化脂质及相关酶的影响

摘　　要：为探讨古方地黄饮子延缓衰老的效用及机理 ,老年大鼠按 4g kg和 12g kg连续灌服地黄饮子 10周后 ,测定血、脑过氧化脂质 (LPO)含量、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性 ,谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH Px)活性及红细胞膜、线粒体膜的流动性。结果地黄饮子能使老年大鼠血、脑LPO含量明显下降 ,SOD、GSH Px活性明显升高 ,红细胞膜、脑线粒体膜流动性显著提高。表明地黄饮子的抗衰老效用与其提高老龄机体的抗氧化能力有关。To study the effect and mechanism of “Dihuang Yinzi”(DHYZ) in delaying aging,the aging rats were orally administrated with DHYZ or NS for 10weeks(4g·kg\+ -1 ·d\+ -1 or 12g·kg -1 ·d\+ -1 ),and the lipid peroxides (LPO),super oxide dismutase (SOD),glutamate peroxidase (GSH\|Px),the fluidity of erythrocyte and mitochondria membrane were measured,respectively.The results indicated that DHYZ obviously reduced the rose\|content of LPO in serum and brain,increased the down\|activity of SOD and GSH\|Px,and enhanced the fluidity of erythrocyte and mitochondria membrane of erythrocyte and brain tissue of aging rat on contrast to the young control group.
