正交实验探讨爆压法炮制马钱子的最佳条件

摘　　要：目的 :优化选择爆压法炮制马钱子的最佳条件。方法 :用正交设计对爆压法炮制马钱子的工艺进行研究。结果 :加热 5min,气压达 15 2 k Pa,马钱子中士的宁的含量均可达砂烫炮制的效果 ,符合《中国药典》炮制马钱子的标准。结论 :筛选的爆压法炮制工艺 ,能确保马钱子炮制品的临床用药安全和疗效。Objective:To select the optimum conditions for processing nux vomica by the expansive method in the hyperthermal and high pressure condition.Methods:Test the expansive method to process nux vomica by orthogonal design.Results: Nux vomica heated for 5 minutes under the pressure of 152 kPa, the content of strychnine in nux vomica can reach the result as much as process by sand scalding method, and accords with the pharmacopoeia standard of processing nux vomica.Conclusion:The selected method, the expansive method can ensure the safety of the clinical practice and the curative effect.
