摘　　要：目的 :探讨四君子汤的最佳水提工艺。方法 :正交试验 ,5个因素 ,2个水平 ,以提取物中人参皂苷 Rg1 的含量为评价指标。结果 :5个因素对四君子汤水提取物中人参皂苷 Rg1 的含量无显著性影响。结论 :用药材饮片 ,加水量 10倍 ,浸泡 30 min,提取 2次 ,2 h/次。Objective: To study the best extraction process for Sijunzi decoction. Methods: Using the orthogonal test which contains 5 factors and 2 levels to determine the content of ginsenoside Rg 1 as the index of evaluation. Results: Five factors had no significant evaluation influence to the content of ginsenoside Rg 1 from Sijunzi decoction. Conclusion: To use crude drugs in processed pieces with 10 times water, soak for 30 min, extract twice and each time lasts 2 hour.
