摘　　要：目的　介绍新式剖宫产术并报告其临床效果。　方法　我院自 1999年 3月至 10月 ,采用Stark新式剖宫产术 (实验组 ) 10 0例 ,与传统方法行剖宫产的 94例 (对照组 )比较其临床效果。　结果　比较两组手术总时间、从切皮到胎儿娩出时间、术中出血量、术后排气时间、术后住院时间 ,差异显著 (P <0 .0 1)。　结论　新式剖宫产术与传统剖宫产术相比 ,具有显著优点 ,并适用于所有有剖宫产指征的产妇。Objective To introduce the technique of new cesarean section and report its clinical results. Methods From March 1999 to October 1999, 100 cases received the new casarean section technique (the study group) and 94 cases underwent conventional cesarean section (control group). The clinical results were compared between the above two groups. Results The study group showed significant advantages at the total operation time ( P <0.01), the time from the incision to fetal delivery ( P <0.01), blood loss ( P <0.01), postoperative bowel movement recovery ( P <0.01) and postoperative hospitalization days ( P <0.01). Conclusion The new cesarean section technique has obvious advantages in comparision with the conventional operation. It can be used in all the pregnant women who possesses any cesarean section indication.
