摘　　要：目的 :通过髂后上嵴取骨切口的改进 ,使术后的并发症减少 ,可推广应用。方法 :以往的髂后上嵴取骨切口为平行髂嵴或髂嵴上的横切口 (对照组 )。改进的切口为垂直于髂后上嵴脊柱旁开 8.0 cm的斜切口 (改进组 )。自 1996年 2月～ 1998年 10月共施行髂后上嵴取骨 98例 ,其中改进组 48例 ,对照组 5 0例 ,就其临床效果及随访记录进行分析。结果 :改进组中取骨切口并发症如 ;术后血肿、切口深压痛、皮肤麻木、敏感等明显低于对照组。结论 :改进的髂后上嵴取骨切口术后并发症少 ,取骨量如常 ,有较大的临床意义 ,值得推广应用。Objective:The Modified incision of bone graft from the iliac crest can decrease the complication after operation,it can be applied in clinical spreadly.Methods:The standard incision is an obligue incision parallel to the posterior iliac crest (the control group),the modified incision parallels to the superior gluteal nevers and perpendicular to the posterior iliac crest(the study group).within 8 centimeters to spine (the study group).From Feb:1996 to Oct,1998,98 cases were operated for bone graft from iliac crest,the study group had 48 cases,the contol group had 50 cases,clinical results and the reviw of records were analysis.Results:compared to the control group,the conplications of bone graft incision in the study group such as:postopration hematoma.deep pain.numblness and hypersensitvity of skin decreased obviously.Conclusion:The modified incision of bone graft from the iliac crest had little complication and the amount of bone graft was nomal,it had great importmant in clincal.
