摘　　要：目的 :观察交锁髓内钉治疗胫腓骨骨折的并发症及防治。方法 :1997年 2月～ 2 0 0 0年 6月用交锁髓内钉治疗胫腓骨骨折 46例。男 36例 ,女 10例。新鲜闭合性骨折 2 7例 ,开放性骨折 15例 ,陈旧性骨折 4例 ,左侧 2 4例 ,右侧2 2例 ,年龄 2 5～ 6 5岁 ,平均 37岁 ,均采用扩髓及静力型固定。结果 :46例均得到随访 ,平均 2 0个月 (6个月～ 3年 )。愈合时间为 3～ 12个月 ,平均 4个月。感染 4例均为开放性骨折 ,肢体短缩 1例 ,成角畸形 2例 ,延迟愈合 7例。结论 :交锁髓内钉治疗胫腓骨骨折的一些并发症存在必须引起重视。Objective:To observe complications of tibial shaft fracutes with inerlocking intramedllary nail.Method:56 cases of tibial shaft fractures were treated with interlocking intramedllary nail from january 1997 to June 2000.There are 36 males and 10 females.Close fracture were 27 cases and open 15.24 ftactures were of left tibia and 22 of right,The average age was 37 years(ranged 25～65 years).All cases were treated with a reamed nail and static interlocking.Results:46 cases were followed up for an average of 20 months(ranged 6 months～ 3years).All fractures heal.The time to fracture union averaged 4 months(ranged3～12months).The complications included infection in 4,delayed union in 7,angular mlaunion in 2,shortening for the extremity in 1.Conclusion:Interlocking intramedullary nail is a good internal fixation for treatmetn of tibial fractures,but should prevent complications.The open fractures should use unreamed interlocking intramedllary nail.
