摘　　要：为探讨全军医学专科中心的管理 ,本文阐述了鲜明的特色是专科中心发展的关键 ;强烈的责任感是学科带头人的必备素质 ;持续性发展是专科中心值得关注的问题。To inquire into the management of the medical special subject center in whole army, it ix expounded in this article that the bright characteristic is the key of the medical special subject center; the strong responsibility sense is the diathesis that the subject leadership must have; the durative development is deserving the attention problem of the medical special subject center development. The experience should be provided for the management of the medical special subject center in whole army.
