摘　　要：为探讨病人选择医生这一医疗制度的改革 ,本文阐述了病人选择医生是体现医疗服务机构对病人自主性的尊重和病人对医生的信任。它有利于调动患者的主动性和增强医生的责任感 ,从而提高医疗质量 ,加速病人康复 ;也有利于建立和谐、密切合作的医患关系 ,减少医患矛盾。To inquire into the patient selecting the doctor, it is one of the innovation of the medical treatment system, it is expounded in this article that the patient selecting the doctor is the embodiment of the medical treatment serving organ to the respect of the patient freedom property and the believing the patient to the doctor. It should favor translate the initiatively of the patient and building up the duty of the doctor. Hence, the medial treatment should be advanced, the patient recovered should be accelerative. The doctor patient relation of the harmonious and the co operation should be established, the antinomy of the doctor patient relation should be reduced.
