摘　　要：为探讨军队医院在聘请法律顾问的过程中的注意事项 ,本文阐述了聘请法律顾问应把握的问题 ,协同法律顾问应把握的问题 ,法律顾问的地位和作用 ,为聘请法律顾问提供经验。To inquire into the notice proceeding of the military hospital retaining the law adviser, it is expounded in this article that some problems should be grasped in the procedure retaining the law adviser, some problems should be grasped in procedure associating law adviser, the position and the acting of the law adviser, some experiences should be provided for retaining the law adviser.
