摘　　要：为探讨加强医院科研管理工作的创新 ,促进医教研工作协调发展 ,本文阐述了规范科研管理程序 ,抓好基金项目申请 ;加强医院学科建设 ,制订长远发展计划 ;制订人才培养计划 ,造就科技创新精英。为新形势下 ,加强医院科研工作的管理提供经验。To inquire into strengthening the innovation of the management of the scientific research in the hospital, and accelerating the harmony development of the treatment, teaching and research, it is expounded in this article that the program of the scientific research should be normalized, the application of the fund item should be well hold; the subject construction of the hospital should be strengthened, the long-term development plan should be formulated; the plan of the personnel training should be formulated, the excellent personnel of the scientific research and innovation. In new situation, the experience should be provided for the strengthening the management of the scientific research.
