干扰素联合疗法治疗慢性病毒性肝炎的中、远期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :研究和评价几种干扰素联合治疗方案治疗 6 2例慢性乙型、丙型肝炎的中、远期疗效。方法 :采用干扰素 (INFα 2b) +激素预激 ,INFα 2b +单磷酸阿糖腺苷 (Ara_AMP) ,INFα 2b +白细胞介素 Ⅱ (IL Ⅱ ) ,INFα 2b +病毒唑等分组治疗 ,疗程 3～ 12个月。结果 :各组治疗后近期血清病毒标志物阴转率分别为 5 7.9% ,6 0 % ,5 8.3%和5 0 % ,中、远期为 82 .7% ,72 .7% ,75 %和 6 6 .7%。结论 :无论INF联合免疫调节药或其它抗病毒药治疗慢性乙型肝炎 (CHB) ,其中、远期疗效均无显著差别 (χ2 分别为 0 .93和 0 .31,P均 >0 .0 5 ) ,但后者毒副反应明显高于前者 ,INF联合病毒唑治疗慢性丙型肝炎 (CHC) ,虽可提高INF的中、远期疗效 ,但需根据白细胞数的变化 ,及时调整病毒唑的给药剂量。Objective: To study and evaluate the long-term curative effect of several combined-interferon programs on 62 cases with chronic hepatitis B or C. Method: All of the patients were treated for 3～12 months randomly by interferon-2b (INFa-2b)+deltasone (group A), INFa-2b+Ara-AMP (group B), INFa-2b+IL-2 (group C) or INFa-2b+ ribavirin (group D). Results: The trans-negative ratio of serum virus markers at the above-mentioned four groups were 57.9%, 60%, 58.3%, 50% respectively for the short-term, and were 82.7%, 72.7%, 75%, 66.7% respectively for the long-term. Conclusion: It is demonstrated that interferon combined with deltasone, Ara-AMP or IL-2 could not enhance the curative effect of patients with hepatitis B; interferon combined with ribavirin could enhance the curative effect of patients with hepatitis C.
