镍钛记忆合金网状支架治疗伴尿潴留的前列腺增生症

摘　　要：目的 :观察和评估镍钛记忆合金网状支架治疗前列腺增生症 (BPH)的临床疗效 ,探讨其适应症及临床操作注意事项等。方法 :1996年 10月～ 1998年 10月 ,应用镍钛记忆合金网状支架经尿道置入治疗了 48例伴尿潴留的BPH患者。结果 :47例一次成功置入 ,1例因置入器退出过快致支架移位。支架置入后 ,除 2例脑血栓偏瘫、1例无张力膀胱及 1例支架移位外 ,其余 44例均恢复从尿道自行排尿 (随访 >1年 )。结论 :镍钛记忆合金网状支架置入术是治疗BPH的一种创伤小、操作简便、安全有效的方法 ,尤其适宜于年老体弱、合并有重要脏器病变的BPH患者。Objective:To observe and evaluate the therapeutic effect of nickel-titanium shape-memory alloy net-like stent on benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and discuss its indications and technical principles. Methods: From oct. 1996 to oct.1998, 48 BPH patients with retention of urine were treated using nickel-titanium shape-memory alloy net-like stent. Results: The stents were placed successfully at one time in 47 cases, but in 1 case it was displaced due to too quickly withdrawal of the placed instrument. Of 48 patients treated, 44 could urinate by themselves after treatment, except 2 with hemisplegia,1 with atonic bladder and 1 with displacement of the stent. Conclusion: Placement of the nickel-titanium shape-memory alloy net-like stent is a safe, with minimized trauma and easy method for the treatment of BPH, especially suitable for the senile BPH patients with damaged function of important organs.
