豚鼠离体气管平滑肌舒缩性压力测量法

摘　　要：目的：研究并介绍一种新的离体气管平滑肌舒缩性检测法——压力检测法。方法：采用测压法检测六只完整离体豚鼠气管平滑肌舒缩功能。结果：当注入舒张药异丙肾上腺素时，能记录到舒张曲线；当注入收缩药乙酰胆碱时，能记录到收缩曲线。结论：实验检测证明本方法具有操作简便、灵敏度高、数据准确、曲线清晰、不破坏离体气管结构等优点，是豚鼠离体气管平滑肌功能检测的较佳方法。Objective:To study and introduce a new manometric method to determine the pressure during contraction and relaxation of isolated smooth muscle from trachea of guinea pig.Material and methods:Isolated specimens of trachea were taken from six guinea pigs and subjected to the physiological recording system (designed by this central laboratory) to be tested respectively.Results:When isoprenaline was injected a relaxation curve could be recorded; while acetylcholine was injected,a contraction curve could be recorded.Conclusion:The results indicate that this method has many advantages,such as easy operation,high sensitivity,exact data,clear curves and withont distruction of tracheal structure and that it is a favorable method for functional determination of isolated tracheal smooth musles of guinea pigs.
