摘  要:根据中央空调供冷供热的特点和特性 ,有机的组织统一运行参数 ,达到合理、安全、节能、降低运行费用 ,便于管理之目的 ,就要改变汽—水换热器的换热方式。汽—水换热器的换热方式由换热器管内走媒水 ,管外走蒸气 ,改为管内走蒸气 ,管外走媒水。改进后的换热器 ,媒水通过换热器阻力小 ,流量大 ,升温平稳 ,蒸汽中热量利用率达到96.3 %。改进后的换热器在1500万千卡 * 供热系统中使用两年来效果良好 。It is well known that the way of heat transfer in steam-water heat exchangers can significantly affect the performance of HVAC systems. In this paper an alternative way of heat transfer in the heat exchanger of HVAC system is practiced for efficient running. In contrast to the conventional fluid arrangement in shell-tube heat exchanger, the steam flows in the tubes and the water flows between the shell and the tubes. It is found that the new way of heat exchange leads to a reduction of drag and a smooth increase ment of temperature . As a result ,the energy efficiency for a 17.4MW system concerned in the present work can reach at 96.3% and 1.2 million Yuan RMB can be saved per year.
