大黄对老龄大鼠脑缺血再灌注肺脏损伤保护作用

摘　　要：将老龄大鼠分为对照组、模型组、大黄组、尼莫地平组、血栓心脉宁组 ,观察大鼠全脑缺血再灌注后肺脏病理组织变化及有关指标改变。结果表明 :老龄大鼠脑缺血再灌注肺脏组织损伤明显 ,大黄具有明显保护作用。其作用机理与大黄拮抗自由基损伤、调节神经肽和单胺类神经递质的变化。Aged rats were divided into control group, model group, Radix et Rhizoma Rhei group, Nimodipine group and Xueshuan Xinmainin group to observe the histopathology change and changes of relevant indexes in the lung. It displayed an obvious lung tissue injury after reperfusion. And Radix et Rhizoma Rhei has a marked protective action, which is related to its antagonism to free radical injury, its ability to regulate changes of neuropeptide and monoamine nerve transmitters and to lower necrosins as well.
