小麦种子萌发过程中类PvLEA-18的表达

摘　　要：利用 Pv LEA- 1 8蛋白抗体 ,分析小麦种子在萌发过程中类 Pv LEA- 1 8表达情况。Western blot表明在小麦干种胚中未检测到类 Pv LEA- 1 8蛋白 ,而在种子萌发不同时期 (1 2h,2 4 h,3 6 h)的胚和盾片组织中检测到类 Pv L EA- 1 8蛋白的表达 ,其分子量分别约为 81 k D和 70 k D。种子萌发 2 4 h后 ,81 k D蛋白消失 ,70 k D的类 Pv L EA- 1The purpose of the experiment is analysis the expression of PvLEA 18 like during germination by using polyclonal antibody to PvLEA 18.The results showed that two protein bands are detectable in embryo and scutellar tissue of germinating seeds at various time,such as 12 h,24 h,36 h,the molecular weights were about 81 kD and 70 kD respectively,while can not be detectable in embryo of mature dry seeds.The 81 kD protein disapear and the amount of the expression of PvLEA 18 like of 71 kD decline after germination for 24 h.
