摘　　要：使用亲和层析的方法 ,对人整合素α4β7进行纯化。通过ELISA检测尤其是对于免疫小鼠应答的监测 ,相应改变免疫策略。从讨论中获取正确的指导思路和适当的试验方法 ,在人整合素 β7和抗体的研制方面取得了显著的进展。Anti human α 4 affinity purification and ELISA detection were carried out in this study due to the very low immunological responses to the immunised JY cell line(express α 4β 7).It was a very important consideration to change the immunological strategy both in immunogen and screening procedure in the process of experiment,from which the crucial discussion in relation to success application resulted.
