摘  要:目的 :试验观察黄胸鼠对杀鼠灵和溴敌隆的抗药性。方法 :无选择摄食试验。结果 :0 .0 2 5 %杀鼠灵和0 .0 0 5 %溴敌隆投药期 2 8d ,摄食饵点数和毒饵消耗量未见下降 (杀鼠灵 ^y =76 .16 +0 .2 17x ,溴敌隆 ^y =83.49+0 .0 10 4x) ,两种灭鼠剂的抗药性差异无显著性 (t =0 .2 133,P >0 .0 5 )。黄胸鼠对杀鼠灵抗药性发生率为 72 .72 %( 8/11) ,对溴敌隆抗药性发生率为 70 .0 0 %( 7/10 )。结论 :黄胸鼠对杀鼠灵和溴敌隆的抗性二者间差异无显著性 ( χ2 =0 .1193,P >0 .5 )。Objective:To study the warfarin-resistance and bromadiolone-resistance in Rattus flavipectus. Method:The poison bait containing 0.025% warfarin and 0.005% bromadiolone was used by the field trials and laboratory tests. Result: The result of two field rials indicated that the numbers of intaken point and the consumption of bait didn't apperenty decayed after the unrestricted baiting containing 0.025% warfarin and 0.005% bromadiolone for 28 days, respectively. ( warfarin= 76.16+ 0.021 7x, bromadiolone= 83.49+ 0.010 4x) and the resisance of two kinds of rodenticides showed no significant difference (t (20) 0.05= 0.212 3, P> 0.05). The result of laboratory tests proved: the resistane incidance to warfarin of Rattus flavipectus was 72.72%(8/11) and bromadiolone was 70.00%(7/10). Conclusion:The resistance of two kinds of rodenticides showed no significant differece (χ 2= 0.119 3, 0.75>P> 0.5).
