养寿丹对阿尔茨海默病肾阳虚模型大鼠学习记忆的影响

摘　　要：目的 :寻求防治老年性痴呆的有效措施。方法 :运用Morris水迷宫评价了古方养寿丹对由D 半乳糖致亚急性衰老、醋酸氢化可的松致肾阳虚合并Meynert核损毁所致阿尔茨海默病肾阳虚模型大鼠的学习记忆能力的保护作用。结果 :养寿丹能够改善模型大鼠的学习记忆成绩 ,包括缩短模型大鼠在Morris水迷宫中寻找世平台的逃避潜伏期 (P <0 .0 1) ,增加平台象限跨相应平台次数 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论Objective: In order to quest the efficiency measure to prevent and cure senile dementia. Methods: Morris water maze was used to observe preventive effect of Yangshou Pills (YSP) on learning and memory in rats model with Alzheimer's disease (AD), and AD combining Yang deficiency of kidney rats model established by intraperitoneral injection of D galactose and intramuscular injection of prednisolone acetate combined with ibotenic acid injection into bilateral nucleus basalis of Meynert. Results: This study showed that YSP improved learing and memory in AD rats model. Escape latency of AD rats model in Morris water maze was shorted ( P <0.01) and the times of spanning the original platform in its quadrant was increased ( P <0.05).Conclusion: It is suggested that YSP possesses certain preventive effect on leaning and memory in AD rats model.
