HPLC检测蛇胆和人工蛇胆中结合胆汁酸的含量

摘　　要：目的 :测定人工蛇胆中牛磺胆酸和牛磺去氧胆酸的含量。方法 :采用HPLC法 ,色谱柱SpherisorbC18柱 ,甲醇 - 0 .0 2mol/L磷酸缓冲液 (6 0∶4 0 )为流动相 ,检测波长 2 10nm。结果 :牛磺胆酸和牛磺去氧胆酸分别在 0 .2 86 72～ 2 .86 72mg/mL和 0 .2 6 84 2～ 2 .6 84 2mg/m范围内有良好的线性关系。平均回收率分别为 97.6 5 %和 95 .81% ,RSD分别为 0 .79%和3.2 7%。结论 :本方法简便 。Objective:To determine taurocholic acid (TCA) and taurodeoxycholic acid (TDCA) in artificial snake gall. Methods: HPLC was used in the quantitative analysis with spherisorb C 18 column, methyl alcohol 0.02 mol/L phosphric buffer (60∶40) as a mobile phase and detection wavelength at 210nm. Results: The linear range of TCA was from 0.28672 mg/mL to 2.8672 mg/mL, and the linear range of TDCA was from 0.26842 mg/mL to 2.6842 mg/mL. The average recoveries were 97.65% for TCA and 95.81% for TDCA. RSD were 0.79% and 3.27%, respectively. Conclusion: This method is simple and accurate.
