新生儿背温与腋温值的观察

摘　　要：为探索一种便捷、有效的测试新生儿体温的方法 ,对 3 5例体温正常新生儿、3 5例发热新生儿和 15例暖箱内新生儿进行观察 ,同时测试其背温和腋温。结果显示 :正常组、发热组及暖箱组新生儿背温与腋温数值无显著性差异(P >0 .0 5 )。提示 ,新生儿背温能准确反映机体的真实体温 ,且测背温具有操作简便、安全、省时等优点 。To explore an easy and effective way to take temperature of newborns, 35 cases of normal newborns with normal temperature, 35 cases febrile neonates, and 15 cases newborns inside incubators were observed respectively. Both their back temperature and axillary temperature were taken in the meantime. Results showed that there were no significant differences in terms of the back and armpit temperature values between normal newborn group, febrile neonates group and group of newborns in incubators (P>0.05). Suggested that to take the back temperatures in newborns can accurately reflect the real body temperature. It is easy to manipulate, with safety, and with the priority of saving time. It may replace the traditional way of taking armpit temperature.
