摘　　要：针对 GB5 5 99— 1985《铁道车辆动力学性能评定和试验鉴定规范》中轮轨横向力评定标准所存在的缺陷及其在现阶段的不适应性 ,提出了修订轮轴横向力评定标准的建议方案、实施细则说明及其修订的理论依据。In view of defects in the evaluation standard for lateral wheel rail forces in GB5599 1985 Railway Vehicles (Specifications for Evaluation of the Dynamic Performance and Accreditation Test and the inadapatability in the present stage, the suggested scheme of evaluation standard for lateral wheel rail forces, the detailed application rules and regulations as well as the theoretical basis for revision are given.
