聪圣胶囊治疗血管性痴呆30例临床研究

摘　　要：应用补益肝肾、解毒化浊通络的中药聪圣胶囊 ,进行治疗血管性痴呆的临床研究。以前瞻、随机、双盲对照为研究方法 ,设立阳性药物和安慰剂对照组 ,选择简易智能量表 (MMSE)、Blessed行为量表 (BBS)为疗效评价标准。结果显示聪圣胶囊治疗组对血管性痴呆患者的认知功能损害有改善作用 ,对行为能力有改善作用。提示聪圣胶囊疗效与西药阳性对照药疗效相似 ,为治疗血管性痴呆的有效药物。并通过临床研究 ,对血管性痴呆的病机转化特点进行初步探讨。Congsheng Capsules, which possess the effects of nourishing the liver and kidney, clearing away toxins, dispelling turbidness and dredging meridians and collaterals, were used in this clinical study of treating vascular dementia. Positive drug control and placebo control were set; prospective, random, and double blind methods were adopted; and MMSE and BBS scales were used to evaluate the curative effects. The results showed that Congsheng Capsules could relieve cognitive impairment and behavior disorder in patients with vascular dementia, which implies that Congsheng Capsules are effective in treating vascular dementia. The pathological characteristics of vascular dementia were also discussed in the study.
